1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products and services.
2. Perform beauty services, including makeup application, skincare treatments, and waxing, ensuring adherence to health and hygiene standards.
3. Demonstrate product application techniques and skincare routines with expertise.
4. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, new products, and brand launches at Sephora.
5. Deliver exceptional client service by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
6. Handle bookings and rebooking of beauty services efficiently.
7. Participate in sales and promotional events, driving customer engagement and contributing to the store's sales goals.

1. 1-3 years of experience in retail sales or beauty services.
2. Valid license to perform paid beauty services as required by the state.

1. Strong knowledge of trending beauty products.
2. Passion for client service and selling.
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Consistent and reliable attendance.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of prior experience in retail sales or beauty services is required.

$16.50 - $20.75 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
