- Deliver professional beauty services (makeup application, waxing, false-lash application and other services listed on Sephora’s Beauty Services menu) to drive client satisfaction and rebookings.
- Consult with clients to assess needs, recommend products and bespoke service solutions, and close retail sales to meet store targets.
- Maintain active licensure and adhere to health, safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Promote an inclusive, service-focused environment; collaborate with colleagues to support store goals and create exceptional in-store experiences.
- Manage appointment scheduling, client follow-up and retail merchandising; assist with inventory handling and store operations as required.
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash services in the state of practice.
- 1–3 years of experience in a beauty services role or in retail, hospitality or client-facing service environments.
- Demonstrated product knowledge across cosmetics, skincare and tools, with the ability to educate and influence clients.
- Proven ability to deliver personalized client service, build lasting relationships and meet sales/service targets.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
