1. Deliver professional beauty services (makeup application, waxing, false-lash application and other services listed on Sephora’s Beauty Services menu) to drive client satisfaction and rebookings.
2. Consult with clients to assess needs, recommend products and bespoke service solutions, and close retail sales to meet store targets.
3. Maintain active licensure and adhere to health, safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
4. Promote an inclusive, service-focused environment; collaborate with colleagues to support store goals and create exceptional in-store experiences.
5. Manage appointment scheduling, client follow-up and retail merchandising; assist with inventory handling and store operations as required.

1. Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash services in the state of practice.
2. 1–3 years of experience in a beauty services role or in retail, hospitality or client-facing service environments.
3. Demonstrated product knowledge across cosmetics, skincare and tools, with the ability to educate and influence clients.
4. Proven ability to deliver personalized client service, build lasting relationships and meet sales/service targets.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
