1. Deliver professional beauty services including makeup application, waxing and false lash application in accordance with Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
2. Drive sales and service metrics through product recommendations, retail selling and rebooking of beauty services.
3. Maintain active professional licensure and consistently uphold health, hygiene and safety protocols.
4. Provide personalised client consultations to educate clients on products, techniques and homecare routines.
5. Support a collaborative, inclusive store environment and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming shopping experience.

1. Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application where services are delivered.
2. 1–3 years' experience in a similar beauty services role or in retail, hospitality or a client-focused service environment.
3. Demonstrable product knowledge across makeup, skincare and beauty trends and techniques.
4. Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
