1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products and services.
2. Perform customized beauty services including makeup application, skincare treatments, and waxing services, ensuring compliance with health and hygiene standards.
3. Demonstrate expertise in product application, showcasing makeup techniques and skincare routines.
4. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, new products, and brand launches at Sephora.
5. Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
6. Handle bookings and rebooking of beauty services efficiently.
7. Participate in sales and promotional events, driving customer engagement and contributing to the store's sales goals.

1. 1-3 years of prior experience in retail sales or services.
2. A valid license to perform paid beauty services as required by the state.
3. Strong knowledge of trending beauty products.

4. Consistent and reliable attendance.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of experience in retail sales or beauty services is required.

$21.00 - $25.73 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
