4. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends, new products, and brand launches at Sephora.
5. Deliver exceptional client service by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment, managing bookings, and rebooking beauty services.
6. Participate in sales and promotional events to drive customer engagement and contribute to the store's sales goals.

1. 1-3 years of experience in retail sales or services.
2. Valid license to perform paid beauty services as required by the state.

1. Strong knowledge of trending beauty products.
2. Passion for client service and sales.
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Consistent and reliable attendance.
5. Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of experience in retail sales or services.

$19.50 - $25.05 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
