1. Achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
2. Perform makeup, waxing, and other services as listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
3. Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
4. Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.
5. Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork, fostering an environment where everyone feels empowered.
6. Adhere to company policies to create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
7. Ensure flexible scheduling and reliability, meeting the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours.

1. Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state of employment.
2. 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
2. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
3. Team player thriving in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
4. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

$19.50 - $25.05 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
