1. Provide and rebook beauty services to achieve store goals.
2. Perform makeup, waxing, and other beauty services as per Sephora's Beauty Services menu.
3. Stay informed on beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
4. Maintain active licensure and uphold hygiene standards.
5. Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
6. Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.
7. Meet flexible scheduling requirements, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1. Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in Massachusetts.
2. 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
2. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
3. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
4. Quick learner with effective product knowledge sharing capabilities.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.

$19.80 - $26.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
