1. Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application according to Sephora’s services menu.
2. Drive sales and service revenue by consulting with clients, recommending products, rebooking services and achieving store performance targets.
3. Maintain an active state license and consistently observe health, safety and hygiene protocols during all services.
4. Provide personalized client education on products, formulations and beauty techniques to build long-term client relationships.
5. Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture and uphold Sephora’s operational standards and policies.
6. Work flexible schedules to cover peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet required minimum weekly shifts.

1. Active, state-recognized license to provide waxing, makeup and false-lash services in the state where employed.
2. 1–3 years of relevant experience in a beauty services role or in retail/hospitality with client-facing service delivery.
3. Deep knowledge of beauty products, trends and service techniques.
4. Proven ability to deliver consultative, relationship-driven service and meet sales/service objectives.
5. Capable of working collaboratively within a team and quickly sharing product knowledge.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to stand for extended periods.

1–3 years of experience in a beauty services role, or equivalent experience in retail, hospitality or client-facing service environments. Demonstrated track record of personalized client service and meeting sales/service targets.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; completion of cosmetology/esthetician training or relevant certification is strongly preferred given licensing requirements.
