1. Provide and rebook beauty services, contributing to store goals.
2. Perform makeup, waxing, and other beauty services as per Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
3. Stay updated on beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
4. Maintain active licensure and adhere to health and safety protocols.
5. Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
6. Ensure adherence to Sephora standards and policies to create a safe shopping environment.

1. Active license to provide beauty services in Massachusetts.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
2. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
3. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
4. Quick learner with effective product knowledge sharing capabilities.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.

$21.75 - $28.00 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and location.
