1. 1-3 years of experience in retail sales or services.
2. Valid license to perform beauty services as required by the state.

5. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
8. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
