1. Provide and rebook beauty services to help achieve store goals.
2. Perform makeup, waxing, and other services as per Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
3. Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
4. Maintain active licensure and uphold health and safety protocols.
5. Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
6. Follow company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
7. Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours.
8. Be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1. Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in Illinois.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environment.

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
2. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
3. Team player with a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset.
4. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

$19.50 - $25.05 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
