1. Provide and rebook beauty services to achieve store goals.
2. Perform makeup, waxing, and other services as per Sephora's Beauty Services menu.
3. Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
4. Maintain active licensure and uphold health and safety protocols.
5. Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
6. Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.
7. Meet required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours.
8. Be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1. Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in Tennessee.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
2. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
3. Team player with a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset.
4. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.

$16.00 - $19.75 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
