1. Provide and rebook beauty services to achieve store goals.
2. Perform makeup, waxing, and other services as per Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
3. Stay updated on beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
4. Maintain active licensure and uphold health and safety standards.
5. Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
6. Adhere to Sephora standards and company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.
7. Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and be available during peak retail hours.

1. Active license to provide beauty services in the state of employment.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service industries.

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
2. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
3. Team player with a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset.
4. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.

$16.50 - $20.75 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
