1. Drive store results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
2. Perform beauty services including makeup, waxing, and other services as per Sephora's Beauty Services menu.
3. Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
4. Maintain active licensure and uphold health and safety protocols.
5. Foster a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
6. Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and creating a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
7. Ensure flexible scheduling and reliability, meeting the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours.

1. Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state of employment.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
2. Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
3. Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
4. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

$19.50 - $25.05 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and location.
