1. Drive store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
2. Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
3. Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
4. Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards, ensuring health and safety protocols are followed.
5. Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork, fostering an open and empowering environment.
6. Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and ensuring a safe, secure shopping experience.

1. Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state of Illinois.
2. 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
2. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
3. Team player with a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset.
4. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

$21.75 - $28.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
