1. Drive store performance by providing and rebooking beauty services, assisting clients, and selling products.
2. Perform beauty services including makeup application, waxing, and other services as listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
3. Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
4. Maintain active licensure and uphold health and safety protocols.
5. Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
6. Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for all clients.

1. Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state of employment.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
2. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
3. Team-oriented with a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset.
4. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

$19.80 - $26.00 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
