1. Provide expert beauty services including makeup application, waxing, and other services as per Sephora's Beauty Services menu.
2. Drive store goals by offering and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
3. Maintain active licensure and uphold hygiene and safety standards.
4. Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
5. Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork, ensuring a supportive environment.
6. Adhere to company policies to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
7. Ensure availability during peak retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1. Active license to provide beauty services in the state of California.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service industries.

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
2. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
3. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
4. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service industries.

$22.30 - $27.33 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and location.
