1. Achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
2. Perform makeup, waxing, and other beauty services as listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
3. Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
4. Maintain licensure and uphold health and safety protocols.
5. Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
6. Ensure adherence to company policies to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
7. Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and be available during peak retail operations.

1. Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state of employment.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
2. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
3. Team player with a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset.
4. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

$19.50 - $25.05 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
