1. Drive store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
2. Perform beauty services including makeup and waxing as per Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
3. Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
4. Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.
5. Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
6. Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and creating a safe, secure shopping experience.
7. Ensure flexible scheduling and reliability, meeting the required minimum number of weekly shifts.

1. Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state of employment.
2. 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
2. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
3. Team player thriving in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
4. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.

$19.50 - $25.05 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
