1. Drive store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
2. Perform beauty services including makeup, waxing, and other offerings from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
3. Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
4. Maintain active licensure and uphold hygiene standards, adhering to health and safety protocols.
5. Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork, empowering all team members.
6. Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and ensuring a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

1. Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where services are performed.
2. 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
2. Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
3. Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
4. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

$16.50 - $20.75/hr, based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
