1. Provide professional beauty services per Sephora’s Beauty Services menu, including makeup application, waxing and false-lash services.
2. Deliver personalised client consultations to educate, recommend products and rebook beauty services to drive sales and retention.
3. Achieve individual and store performance goals through product sales, service bookings and exceptional client experiences.
4. Maintain active licensure, follow sanitation and health & safety protocols, and uphold Sephora’s operational and brand standards.
5. Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment and contribute positively to team culture and store operations.
6. Work a flexible schedule to support peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and maintain reliable attendance.

1. Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-application services in the state where services are provided.
2. 1–3 years’ experience in a comparable beauty, retail, hospitality, or client-facing service role.
3. Demonstrable product knowledge across skincare, cosmetics and fragrance and familiarity with current beauty trends and techniques.
4. Proven ability to deliver personalised client service, build rapport and maintain client relationships.
5. Dependable availability for scheduled shifts (including nights, weekends and holidays) and punctual attendance.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
