1. Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to support ongoing company initiatives, including SEPHORiA and new store leasing.
2. Assist in drafting brand and lease agreements, amendments, and related legal documents.
3. Conduct research and summarize updates in key legal areas such as FTC or FDA actions related to the beauty industry.
4. Update and organize legal templates as required.
5. Participate in special projects as assigned.

1. Successful completion of the first year of Law School.
2. Graduating in 2026 or 2027 with a Juris Doctorate degree.
3. Permanent residency and work eligibility in the U.S.
4. Willingness to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for full-time hybrid positions.

4. Excellent academic credentials.

No specific prior experience required, but candidates must have completed the first year of Law School.

Currently enrolled in a Juris Doctorate program, graduating in 2026 or 2027.

The target hourly pay for this position is $23.00 per hour, subject to variation based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
