1. Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to support ongoing initiatives within the Legal Department.
2. Assist in drafting contracts, lease agreements, amendments, and related legal documents.
3. Conduct research and summarize key lease provisions for portfolio and store-related projects.
4. Engage in special projects across various legal functions, including Corporate, Commercial, Ethics & Compliance, Employment, Data Privacy, Technology, Intellectual Property, and Litigation.

1. Successful completion of the first year of Law School.
2. Graduating in 2027 or 2028 with a Juris Doctorate degree.
3. Permanent residency and work eligibility in the U.S.
4. Availability for a one-week on-site experience in San Francisco, CA.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft platforms.
4. Excellent academic credentials.

No prior professional experience required, but completion of the first year of Law School is necessary.

Currently enrolled in a Juris Doctorate program, graduating in 2027 or 2028.

The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 per hour, with potential eligibility for bonuses based on various factors.
