1. Assist in the legal framework of e-commerce, digital, and AI projects, including feasibility analysis and legal research.
2. Support teams in organizing contests and FEVAD mediation procedures.
3. Contribute to Sephora's data privacy compliance by drafting data processing notes and assisting in formalities both domestically and internationally.
4. Develop expertise in IT contracts by participating in drafting, analyzing, and reviewing various agreements such as NDAs, SaaS, licenses, and service contracts.
5. Conduct legal monitoring in NTIC, sharing legislative and jurisprudential updates with the NTIC team.
6. Enhance communication and presentation skills by preparing meeting reports, creating presentations, and developing training materials in English and French.

1. Master's degree in New Technologies Law or enrollment in a law school with strong knowledge in data protection, remote sales, and IT contracts.
2. Completed one or more significant internships in a corporate or law firm setting.
