- Assist the New Technologies department within the Legal Directorate.
- Support European digital marketing projects, including websites and in-store innovations.
- Conduct feasibility analyses, participate in meetings, and draft legal notes and game regulations.
- Implement and monitor data protection compliance for Sephora Group.
- Draft notes on data processing and assist with GDPR compliance in France and other countries.
- Draft, analyze, and review IT contracts, including NDAs, SaaS, licenses, and service agreements.
- Conduct legislative and jurisprudential monitoring in IT, e-commerce, and data protection.
- Prepare meeting summaries and presentations in English and French.
- Law student with a Master's degree specializing in new technologies law.
- Completed significant internships in a company or law firm.
- Strong writing and synthesis skills.
- Organizational and analytical abilities.
- Rigor, autonomy, reactivity, and adaptability.
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Interest in innovation and digital technologies.
Previous internships in a relevant field are required.
Master's degree in new technologies law.
