1. Assist the New Technologies department within Sephora's Legal Division.
2. Support European digital marketing projects by participating in feasibility analysis, conducting legal research, and drafting legal documents.
3. Implement and monitor compliance with data protection regulations, including GDPR, across Sephora's operations.
4. Draft, analyze, and review IT contracts, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, and service contracts.
5. Conduct legislative and case law monitoring in IT, e-commerce, and data protection.
6. Prepare meeting summaries and presentations on current topics and training materials in both English and French.

1. Enrollment in a legal program with a focus on new technologies and data protection.
2. Completion of significant internships in a corporate or law firm setting.

1. Strong drafting and synthesis capabilities.
2. Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
3. High level of rigor, autonomy, and adaptability.
4. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
5. Interest in innovation and digital trends.

Previous internships in legal roles focusing on new technologies or data protection are required.

Master's degree in Law with a specialization in New Technologies.
