1. Assist in corporate legal operations within the group.
2. Support the management of corporate governance for both French and international subsidiaries, including board meetings and general assemblies.
3. Participate in the implementation of mandate changes within the group, such as appointments and resignations.
4. Aid in the approval processes of financial statements for subsidiaries.
5. Open, transfer, and close secondary establishments.
6. Conduct preliminary studies on the legal and regulatory feasibility of new projects.
7. Draft intra-group contracts.
8. Conduct legal research and stay updated on legal developments.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business Law, Contract Law, International Law, Corporate Law, DJCE, or a PPI internship from a law school.

1. Excellent writing skills and ability to synthesize information.
2. Attention to detail, dynamic and proactive.
3. Strong organizational skills.
4. Fluent in English.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally suited for students or recent graduates in relevant legal fields.

Pursuing a Master's degree in relevant legal fields.
