1. Assist the team with cross-functional tasks in consumer, distribution, and competition law.
2. Oversee the validation of various communication and sales promotion materials, including advertisements, sales, promotions, loyalty card offers, and price displays (notably Omnibus Regulation), as well as contests.
3. Monitor legal developments and support contract reviews (distribution, general services, GTC, NDA, etc.).
4. Prepare notes and presentations for operational staff and participate in the monitoring of pre-litigation cases.

1. Master's degree in Business Law with a specialization in Commercial Law (distribution, consumer, competition) or a law student.
2. A dual degree from a prestigious business school is advantageous.

2. Dynamic, curious, and well-organized.
3. Fluent in English.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Master's degree in Business Law or equivalent.
