Sephora Legal Intern

1. Draft and validate confidentiality agreements, conventions, and various contracts in French and English.
2. Conduct cross-disciplinary research and monitor regulations such as AGEC laws, Climate & Resilience, European Green Deal, FDA/FTC Guidelines.
3. Prepare internal notes and presentations in French and English.
4. Assist in the legal management of real estate assets and support the legal department and associated operational directions.
5. Participate in the management of litigation and pre-litigation, particularly in commercial lease law.

1. Law student or holder of a Master's degree in Business Law or Real Estate.
2. Fluent in English.

2. Research and analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in French and English.

Previous internship experience is required.
