1. Draft and validate confidentiality agreements, conventions, and various contracts in both French and English.
2. Conduct comprehensive legal research and monitor regulations such as AGEC laws, Climate & Resilience, European Green Deal, and FDA/FTC Guidelines.
3. Prepare internal notes and presentations in French and English.
4. Assist in the legal management of the real estate portfolio and support the department's legal team and associated operational directions.
5. Participate in the monitoring and management of litigation and pre-litigation, particularly in commercial lease law.

1. Enrolled in a Bar School or holder of a Master's degree in Business Law or Real Estate Law.
2. Fluency in English.

1. Proficiency in legal drafting and contract validation.
2. Strong research and analytical skills.
3. Effective communication skills in both French and English.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Previous internship experience in a legal setting is required.

Master's degree in Business Law or Real Estate Law.
