1. Assist in the review, drafting, and negotiation of commercial contracts.
2. Support contract organization, tracking, and monitoring processes.
3. Conduct research on various legal topics impacting Sephora UK, including advertising, commercial contracts, data protection, ethics and compliance, sustainability, intellectual property, and real estate.
4. Keep abreast of relevant legal and industry developments and share key updates with stakeholders.
5. Support and advise internal teams such as Marketing, eCommerce, PR & Events, HR, Logistics, IT, Real Estate, and Finance.
6. Prepare reports on legal activity and priorities.

1. A law degree (LLB, GDL, or equivalent).
2. Eligibility to work in the UK.

1. Curious and proactive mindset with strong analytical skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Interest or foundational knowledge in contract law, data protection, and compliance.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
5. Curiosity around AI and legal technology.

Beginner level experience, suitable for candidates who have completed or are pursuing the LPC or SQE.
