Sephora Legal Intern - Economic Law

1. Support the team in cross-functional missions related to consumer, distribution, and competition law.
2. Oversee the validation of various communication and sales promotion materials, including advertisements, sales, promotions, loyalty card offers, price displays, and contests.
3. Monitor legal developments and assist in contract reviews (distribution, general services, CGA, NDA, etc.).
4. Prepare notes and presentations for operational teams and participate in pre-litigation follow-ups.
5. Integrate fully into a dynamic team, addressing diverse legal and commercial law issues with a focus on consumer law, while maintaining a degree of autonomy, particularly with Marketing/CRM teams.

1. Master 2 in Business Law with a specialization in Commercial Law (distribution, consumer, competition) or a Law Student.
2. A dual degree from a prestigious business school is advantageous.

2. Attention to detail, dynamism, curiosity, and organizational skills.
3. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally suited for those at the start of their legal career.

Master's degree in Business Law or equivalent.
