Sephora Legal Intern - Economic Law

- Support the team in cross-functional projects related to consumer law, distribution, and competition.
- Oversee the validation of various communication and sales promotion materials, including advertisements across all media, sales, promotions, loyalty card offers, price displays (notably Omnibus Regulation), and contests.
- Monitor legal developments and assist in contract reviews (distribution, general services, CGA, NDA, etc.).
- Prepare notes and presentations for operational teams and participate in pre-litigation follow-ups.
- Master's degree in Business Law with a specialization in Commercial Law (distribution, consumer, competition) or a law student.
- A dual degree from a prestigious business school is advantageous.
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to synthesize information.
- Attention to detail, dynamism, curiosity, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English is essential.
No specific experience required, but relevant academic background in business law is necessary.
Master's degree in Business Law or equivalent.
Interns will benefit from being fully integrated into a dynamic team, gaining exposure to a variety of legal issues in commercial law, particularly consumer law, and enjoying a degree of autonomy, especially with Marketing/CRM operational teams.
