1. Draft and validate confidentiality agreements, conventions, and various contracts in both French and English.
2. Participate in the management of supplier commercial relationships and associated portfolios.
3. Conduct cross-disciplinary research and monitor regulations such as AGEC laws, Climate & Resilience, European Green Deal, FDA/FTC Guidelines.
4. Perform legal monitoring and draft internal notes and presentations in French and English.
5. Assist in the legal management of Sephora's real estate assets.
6. Participate in the follow-up of litigation and pre-litigation, particularly in commercial lease law.
7. Conduct comprehensive legal monitoring across all departmental areas.

1. Law student or holder of a Master's degree (M2) in Business or Real Estate Law.
2. Previous internship experience in a related field.
3. Proficiency in English.

2. Ability to conduct thorough legal research.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Proficiency in managing commercial relationships and portfolios.
5. Knowledge of current legal regulations and guidelines.

A beginner level of experience is required, ideally with previous internship exposure in a legal setting.

Master's degree (M2) in Business or Real Estate Law.
