- Maintain and update regulatory compliance relevant to company operations.
- Analyze and propose changes in regulations as needed.
- Provide legal assistance and support to the Human Resources department regarding labor relations.
- Draft and manage a variety of legal documents.
- Oversee compliance with REPSE requirements.
- Directly address inquiries from authorities such as Cofepris, Profeco, and labor and administrative authorities.
- Engage in negotiations with third parties, ensuring meticulous contract management.
- Generate, propose, and implement continuous improvements in processes and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Advanced proficiency in English (spoken, written, comprehension of legal documents)
- Strong organizational and control skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Service-oriented with assertiveness
- Tolerance to frustration and conflict management
- High ethical standards and confidentiality management
2 to 3 years of experience in corporate or contractual roles, preferably within retail or administrative authorities.
Bachelor's degree in Law
