1. Manage the Privacy inbox, ensuring efficient intake and resolution of privacy incidents.
2. Audit consumer requests in the privacy enterprise tool to ensure compliance and timely resolution.
3. Enhance legal data privacy processes and procedures, including operations, documentation, training, and policy enforcement.
4. Assist with triage and response to privacy incidents and evolve the Sephora Response Plan.
5. Conduct privacy reviews and third-party risk assessments with cross-functional partners.
6. Support litigation investigations and discovery requests, serving as a privacy risk management champion.

1. Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of privacy experience.
2. Basic knowledge of U.S. privacy law, including CCPA and other state and federal privacy laws.
3. Strong project management skills, detail-oriented and organized.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Experience with databases and document management software.

3-5 years of experience in privacy-related roles, with knowledge of U.S. privacy laws and regulations.

Bachelor's degree required.

The annual base salary range for this position is $123,930.00 - $136,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
