1. Support the Learning & Development department in coordinating and implementing training projects.
2. Adapt and update L&D materials received from the International Headquarters.
3. Manage Sephora's internal platforms and shared mailbox.
4. Assist in managing brand relationships for training activities.
5. Design minor training projects and modules.
6. Follow up on projects with stakeholders to ensure sustainability and effectiveness.
7. Analyze L&D KPIs to provide insightful reports.
8. Promote motivation, engagement, and development within the HR department.
9. Collaborate daily with other HQ departments to ensure synergy in training communications and actions.
10. Ensure the implementation of assigned projects aligns with business strategy.
11. Act as a Digital Ambassador to enhance L&D processes and omnichannel approaches.
12. Represent and uphold Sephora's values and culture.
