Sephora Learning and Development Manager

- Develop and implement learning strategies based on organizational needs analysis.
- Source and recommend internal and external vendor-led curriculum, including instructor-led and on-demand learning platforms.
- Create data-driven measurement strategies to evaluate program effectiveness and ROI.
- Lead the design of multi-model, cohort-based, experiential learning programs.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) with strategic oversight for system optimization.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Pioneer scalable practices to promote and support program enrollments and completion.
- Analyze program success and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with LVMH North America and Sephora global teams for key global programs.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development.
- Advanced knowledge and expertise with learning and development methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Expertise in facilitation and delivering a variety of content for virtual and in-person settings.
- Strategic thinking and planning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in data analysis and ROI evaluation
- Facilitation and presentation skills
A minimum of 5 years in Learning & Development or Talent Development, with a focus on program management for diverse audiences.
The annual base salary range is $132,005.00 - $147,535.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
