1. Develop and implement learning strategies based on organizational needs analysis.
2. Source and recommend internal and external vendor-led curriculum, including instructor-led and on-demand learning platforms.
3. Create data-driven measurement strategies to evaluate program effectiveness and ROI.
4. Lead the design of multi-model, cohort-based, experiential learning programs.
5. Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) with strategic oversight for system optimization.
6. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs.
7. Pioneer scalable practices to promote and support program enrollments and completion.
8. Analyze program success and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
9. Collaborate with LVMH North America and Sephora global teams for key global programs.

1. 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development.
2. Advanced knowledge and expertise with learning and development methodologies.
3. Proficiency in MS Office applications and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
4. Expertise in facilitation and delivering a variety of content for virtual and in-person settings.

A minimum of 5 years in Learning & Development or Talent Development, with a focus on program management for diverse audiences.

The annual base salary range is $132,005.00 - $147,535.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
