1. Develop and implement learning strategies based on organizational needs analysis.
2. Source and recommend internal and external vendor-led curriculum, including instructor-led and on-demand learning platforms.
3. Create data-driven measurement strategies to evaluate program effectiveness and ROI.
4. Administer and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS).
5. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to leverage the LMS for impactful learning outcomes.
6. Promote and support program enrollments, completion, feedback collection, and continuous improvement.
7. Lead the design of multi-model, cohort-based, experiential learning programs.
8. Collaborate with LVMH North America and Sephora global teams for key global programs.
9. Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
10. Manage multiple programs or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

1. 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development.
2. Advanced knowledge and expertise with learning and development methodologies.
3. Proficiency in MS Office applications and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
4. Expertise and passion for facilitation and delivering content for virtual and in-person settings.

5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related fields.

The annual base salary range for this position is $132,005.00 - $147,535.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
