Sephora Learning & Development Manager

- Conduct comprehensive capability and skill needs analyses for Distribution Center leaders to identify learning and development gaps.
- Develop and implement learning strategies and initiatives based on organizational needs and identified skill gaps.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) for distribution centers, ensuring effective utilization for tracking progress, managing content, and generating reports.

- Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective learning programs for DC leaders utilizing various modalities.
- Stay abreast of industry-leading research, trends, and best practices in learning and development.
- Develop curriculum and materials to support employee onboarding programs, including new hire orientation.
- Develop programs to promote internal mobility and support succession planning.
- Design and implement DC-specific leadership programs to foster strong leadership capabilities.
- Collaborate with Sephora North America, Sephora Global, and LVMH Global teams to align with global programs and directions.
- 7+ years of experience in a learning and development role, with a focus on distribution centers or similar environments.
- Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing large-scale learning programs.
- Experience with curriculum design and instructional material creation.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across various teams and leadership levels.
- Proven ability to conduct needs assessments and translate findings into effective learning solutions.
- Strong experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration.
- Ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging learning materials.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
7+ years in a learning and development role, particularly within distribution centers or similar operational environments.
