1. Architect, build, and maintain scalable systems using established design patterns and security-first practices.
2. Implement end-to-end solutions for batch and real-time algorithms, including tooling for monitoring, logging, automated testing, performance testing, and A/B testing.
3. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Business teams to plan new capabilities.
4. Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for data analyses, model development, validation, and implementation.
5. Write efficient and well-organized software to ship products in an iterative, continual-release environment.
6. Review and prioritize epics/projects with proper breakdown and dependency management, proactively identifying and communicating blockers or delays.
7. Mentor teammates to adopt best practices in writing and maintaining production machine learning code and foster a culture of effective communication, feedback, and knowledge sharing.

1. 5+ years experience developing and deploying machine learning systems into production.
2. 8+ years experience in Software Engineering.
3. 2-4 years experience working with AI Agentic systems, LLMs, and RAG architecture.
4. Experience working with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
5. Experience using open source LLMs and LLMOPs.
6. 3-5 years experience working with a variety of relational SQL and NoSQL databases.

1. Proficiency in Spark, Kafka, Scala, Python, etc.
2. Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras or similar.
3. Expertise in object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python, Java, C++, Scala, etc.
4. Experience building and operationalizing feature stores.
5. Proficiency in designing APIs and working with distributed systems and service-oriented architectures.
6. Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Azure and AWS.
7. Hands-on experience with Databricks and Kubernetes.

A minimum of 5 years in developing and deploying machine learning systems, with extensive experience in software engineering and AI/ML technologies.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

The annual base salary range for this position is $186,390.00 - $207,100.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
