- Guide the development team in migrating legacy systems to a headless front end using React JS and Next JS.
- Perform tasks typical of an experienced React developer, including writing reliable, quality code and participating in code reviews.
- Maintain and optimize existing codebase, addressing bugs and production incidents.
- Engage in technological research to propose enhancements for web performance, SEO, and accessibility.
- Design technical solutions for assigned projects and document them thoroughly.
- Collaborate on interface contracts with the Back-For-Front team (API/Middleware).
- Ensure adherence to good development practices and implement testing protocols (unit tests, TDD).
- Support and develop skills within the developer squad.
- Optimize front-end client performance, including page load optimization and browser compatibility.
- Experience in medium or large-scale headless projects, especially in migrating monolithic E-Commerce platforms.
- At least 7 years of experience in web development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Expertise in React JS and NextJS framework.
- Proficiency in front-end architectures and rendering strategies (SSG, SSR, ISR).
- Successful experience as a Lead Developer for at least 2 years.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM.
- Mastery of project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Expertise in component-oriented development and REST API principles.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Effective organizational abilities.
- Continuous engagement in technological advancements.
- Knowledge of monorepo and micro-frontend architectures.
- Experience with design systems and related tools (Figma, Storybook, Zeroheight).
- Understanding of DevOps culture and CI/CD processes.
- Familiarity with Cloud environments, especially GCP, is advantageous.
A minimum of 7 years in web development, with at least 2 years in a lead role, focusing on headless architecture projects.
