1. Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions for supply chain, merchandising, and digital merchandising functions.
2. Lead the development team in executing projects to meet defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
3. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.
4. Collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize deliverables.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for technical aspects of project execution while ensuring alignment with business needs.

1. 8+ years of extensive hands-on experience in leading the execution and delivery of large-scale software development projects.
2. Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
3. Extensive experience with React for front-end development.
4. Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for messaging and stream processing.

1. Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
2. Proficiency in working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
3. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading cross-functional teams.
4. Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
5. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

8+ years of extensive hands-on experience in leading the execution and delivery of large-scale software development projects across multiple domains, such as supply chain, merchandising, and digital systems.

The annual base salary range for this position is $173,610.00 - $192,900.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
