Sephora Lead Engineer, Integrations

1. Oversee the complete lifecycle of integration components, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
2. Design and develop integration solutions using Apigee and Apache Kafka, ensuring optimal performance, security, and maintainability.
3. Take ownership of integration solutions, including code quality, production releases, and ongoing maintenance.
4. Collaborate with enterprise engineering leads to improve integration platforms and implement best practices.
5. Coach and support a team of integration developers, fostering growth and ensuring delivery excellence.
6. Attend requirement discussions to provide technology expertise and establish data mappings.

1. 8+ years of experience in enterprise integration and distributed systems using middleware.
2. 3+ years of hands-on experience in Apigee and Apache Kafka.
3. Proven experience in platform operations, including environment maintenance and performance tuning.
4. Experience implementing API security and designing event-driven architectures.

1. Ability to code custom functions in Java, Spring Boot, or JavaScript.
2. Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines for API and Kafka deployments.
3. Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
4. Excellent analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.

8+ years of experience in enterprise integration and distributed systems, with a focus on Apigee and Apache Kafka.

BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent (MS preferred).

The annual base salary range for this position is $178,380.00 - $182,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
