Sephora Lead Engineer, Integrations

1. Lead end-to-end delivery of integration components, collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management, IT security, and DevOps.
2. Oversee the design, development, and production stability of integration solutions.
3. Conduct hands-on development and code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
4. Collaborate with enterprise engineering leads to optimize integration platforms.
5. Lead, coach, and support a team of integration developers both onsite and offshore.

1. 8+ years of experience in integrating enterprise applications using middleware tools.
2. 2+ years of experience with Azure Integration Services.
3. Experience with messaging/streaming technologies, preferably Confluent Kafka.
4. Experience with API Management platforms is a plus.
5. 3+ years of experience leading a team of developers.

1. Proficiency in integration patterns such as MFT, pub/sub, streaming, ETL, and APIs.
2. Strong understanding of message formats like XML, JSON, and Flat File.
3. Ability to code in Java, Spring Boot, or JavaScript.
4. Experience in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
5. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise application integration, with a focus on middleware tools and team leadership.

The annual base salary ranges from $173,610 to $192,900, with potential bonuses based on performance and qualifications.
