1. Develop and execute software tests to identify software problems and their causes.
2. Understand product requirements and provide feedback for automation improvements.
3. Assess effort required for automation and ensure timely project delivery.
4. Create comprehensive test strategies, plans, and reports.
5. Automate testing for web, mobile, and POS applications.
6. Prioritize work based on ROI and manage risks.
7. Test system modifications to prepare for implementation.
8. Suggest new tools for efficiency.
9. Create and maintain databases of known defects.

1. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering or a related field.
2. Five years of experience as a QA Engineer or in a related occupation.

1. Proficiency in automation tools including Selenium WebDriver, RestAssured, JUnit/TestNG, and Cucumber.
2. Java development skills.
3. Knowledge of design patterns and best coding practices.
4. Familiarity with automation industry trends.
5. Understanding of Continuous Integration concepts and tools.
6. Experience in designing, architecting, and developing Appium based Mobile Automation framework for Android and iOS.
7. Proficiency in using Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
8. Python development skills.
9. Knowledge of software testing methodologies, Scrum, and Agile processes.

A minimum of five years as a QA Engineer or in a related occupation, with experience in automation tools and frameworks.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering or a related field.

$160,200 to $166,500 per year, depending on experience.
