1. Manage the launches of new products and brands, developing schedules and ensuring coordination with Category Management, brand partners, and Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
2. Collaborate with Category Managers to develop offers, challenge brand proposals, and identify key opportunities for campaigns.
3. Develop and monitor campaign retro-planning with cross-functional teams, alerting relevant parties to risks and proposing solutions aligned with business objectives.
4. Conduct post-mortem analyses of category performances, presenting results and insights to the team and top management.

1. Initial experience in a similar role, including internships, preferably within the distribution or retail sector.
2. Graduate from a business school or university.

2. Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
3. Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Beginner level experience, ideally in a similar position within distribution or retail, including internships.
