1. Coordinate each phase of the launch process in close collaboration with brands, countries, Supply Chain, Master Data team, Regulatory/Quality departments, and Finance.
2. Develop and monitor the retro planning for each brand and launch.
3. Manage daily issues or bottlenecks that could jeopardize launch dates and communicate changes internally, to markets, and brands.
4. Oversee the XMAS process (launch of all Christmas MAKE UP offers) in collaboration with the Project Manager and work on the visibility of various Christmas offers.
5. Create and validate assortments and animation periods for brands.

1. Pursuing a higher education degree from a Business School or University program.
2. Fluency in English.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Strong analytical skills, with a focus on rigor, organization, autonomy, and initiative.
3. Proficiency in Excel.
4. Interest in the beauty industry.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in the beauty industry is advantageous.

Currently enrolled in a Business School or University program.
