- Champion a positive employee experience by executing proactive labour relations strategies.
- Partner with HR, Legal, and Operations leaders to identify and address workplace trends and risks.
- Act as a trusted advisor on policy interpretation, compliance, and best practices.
- Monitor evolving labour trends and legislation, providing expert guidance.
- Design and deliver engaging training for leaders to strengthen communication and boost engagement.
- Support operational readiness during complex or time-sensitive situations with strategic planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to assess the impact of policy and program changes.
- Contribute to collective bargaining and contract administration with a collaborative approach.
- Build strong relationships with field leaders to stay connected to team morale and emerging needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Labour Relations, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in Labour Relations or HR.
- Expertise in Labour laws and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex situations and achieve meaningful outcomes.
- Exceptional training, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
- Outstanding negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to uncover valuable insights from datasets.
- Highly organized and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in English and French is a strong asset.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to support retail locations.
