1. Champion a positive employee experience by executing proactive labour relations strategies.
2. Partner with HR, Legal, and Operations leaders to identify and address workplace trends and risks.
3. Act as a trusted advisor on policy interpretation, compliance, and best practices.
4. Monitor evolving labour trends and legislation, providing expert guidance.
5. Design and deliver engaging training for leaders to strengthen communication and boost engagement.
6. Support operational readiness during complex or time-sensitive situations with strategic planning.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally to assess the impact of policy and program changes.
8. Contribute to collective bargaining and contract administration with a collaborative approach.
9. Build strong relationships with field leaders to stay connected to team morale and emerging needs.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Labour Relations, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
2. 5–8 years of progressive experience in Labour Relations or HR.
3. Expertise in Labour laws and regulatory compliance.
4. Demonstrated ability to navigate complex situations and achieve meaningful outcomes.
5. Exceptional training, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
6. Outstanding negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to uncover valuable insights from datasets.
8. Highly organized and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
9. Bilingual in English and French is a strong asset.
10. Willingness to travel up to 50% to support retail locations.
