1. Drive and implement onsite animation and content plan for Sephora online sales channels.
2. Partner with Category Management, CRM, and Marketing for launch operations and promotional strategies.
3. Monitor website performance and sell-out rates to optimize web sales and conversion.
4. Develop online business strategies, merchandising messages, and seasonal assortments aligned with business objectives.
5. Understand consumer decision journey and UX to optimize the e-store and app for best-in-class user experience.
6. Reporting and KPI tracking.
7. Collaborate with Central Teams: e-merch, IT operations, Digital Studio, Digital coordinator.

1. Bachelor in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or equivalent education.
2. First experience for Junior E-Merchandiser; 2-4 years experience for E-Merchandiser in e-commerce in FMCG sector.
3. Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.

1. Profound experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., Salesforce), PIM, Google Analytics.
2. Mastery of MS Office and strong Excel knowledge.
3. Business-driven personality.
4. Strong organizational skills with analytical thinking.

First experience required for Junior E-Merchandiser; 2-4 years experience required for E-Merchandiser in e-commerce within the FMCG sector.

Bachelor in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or equivalent education.
