1. Drive and implement onsite animation and content plans for Sephora's online sales channels.
2. Collaborate with Category Management, CRM, and Marketing for launch operations and promotional strategies.
3. Monitor website performance and sell-out rates to optimize web sales and conversion.
4. Develop online business strategies, merchandising messages, and seasonal assortments aligned with business objectives.
5. Understand consumer decision journey and UX to constantly optimize the e-store and app for best-in-class user experience.
6. Conduct reporting and KPI tracking.
7. Collaborate with Central Teams including e-merch, IT operations, Digital Studio, and Digital Coordinator.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or equivalent education.
2. First experience in e-commerce for Junior E-Merchandiser; 2-4 years of experience for E-Merchandiser in the FMCG sector.

1. Fluency in English and French; German is a plus.
2. Proficiency with Content Management Systems (e.g., Salesforce), PIM, Google Analytics.
3. Mastery of MS Office with strong Excel skills.
4. Strong organizational skills with analytical thinking.

First experience in e-commerce for Junior E-Merchandiser; 2-4 years of experience for E-Merchandiser in the FMCG sector with responsibility for the operations of an e-shop or major product category.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or equivalent education.
