1. Implement the promotion plan for Sephora's online sales channels in Germany, Sweden, Denmark, and Switzerland, customizing initiatives to suit local market needs.
2. Collaborate with Category Management, CRM, Marketing, and Promotion Teams for promotion operations and coordination.
3. Analyze website performance and sell-out rates to identify optimization opportunities and implement data-driven strategies to enhance web sales and conversion rates.
4. Develop merchandising messages and seasonal assortments aligned with business objectives.
5. Leverage insights into the consumer decision journey and user experience (UX) to continuously optimize the e-store and app, ensuring a best-in-class user experience.
6. Partner with Central Teams including E-Commerce, IT Operations, and Digital Studio.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in Content Management Systems (e.g., Salesforce), PIM systems, and Google Analytics.
2. Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
4. Fluency in English. Proficiency in German, Danish, Swedish, or French is advantageous.

Initial experience for Junior E-Commerce Merchandiser or 2-4 years of experience for E-Commerce Merchandiser managing e-commerce operations within the FMCG sector.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
