Sephora Junior E-Commerce Merchandiser

- Execute the onsite animation and promotion plan for Sephora's online sales channels in Germany, Sweden, Denmark, and Switzerland, tailoring initiatives to local market needs.
- Collaborate with Category Management, CRM, and Marketing for product launch operations and animation coordination.
- Analyze website performance and sell-out rates to identify areas for optimization, implementing data-driven strategies to enhance web sales and conversion rates.
- Develop merchandising messages and seasonal assortments aligned with business objectives.
- Leverage insights into the consumer decision journey and user experience (UX) to optimize the e-store and app, ensuring a best-in-class user experience.
- Partner with Central Teams including E-Commerce, IT Operations, and Digital Studio.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Content Management Systems (e.g., Salesforce), PIM systems, and Google Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German, Danish, Swedish, or French is a plus.
Initial experience for Junior E-Merchandiser or 2-4 years of experience for E-Merchandiser in managing e-commerce operations within the FMCG sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
